SKIPPER/OWNER/CREW WAIVER AND INDEMNITY : By submitting this Registration and Waiver Form, I agree to abide by all the rules established for the event and I release the City of Portsmouth and Portsmouth Boat Club, and their respective officers, directors, sponsors, employees, and volunteers (“Released Person”) from all liability by reason of any injury, harm or damage to my vessel or myself or my guests and crew. I have informed my crew of this Waiver and that their participation constitutes their waiver as well. The Skipper indemnifies the Released Parties on account of any damages or losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) on account of (i) any claims brought by the Skipper or its crew against any Released Person and (ii) any claims brought against any Released Person on account of the wrongful or negligent acts/omissions of the Skipper or its crew.
